Marcee Rollandini is Founder and President of Monarch Life Design. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and brings her knowledge of proven leadership principles and years of practical experience into her personal coaching.
Marcee is a Board Certified Coach and received her coach training from The Institute for Life Coach Training, an Accredited Coach Training Program approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Marcee adheres to the guidelines and core competencies of the ICF ensuring you the utmost in professionalism and ethical standards.

For more than a decade Marcee has coached and mentored individuals and business professionals toward realizing their personal and professional goals, enhancing personal development and organizational effectiveness. Marcee's mission is to encourage and equip individuals to live purpose-filled lives with authenticity and passion. She partners with clients who are typically in the 30-60 age range, highly functional and successful in many areas of their life. Some want help with relationship issues or are in the midst of a life transition. Some are professionals looking for ways to be a more effective leader, they are going through a career change or wanting more balance in their life. Marcee integrates the most effective strategies, tools, and resources into her coaching sessions that enable you to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and renewal, increase your motivation to take action, and get the life you really want.
Prior to professional coaching, Marcee spent 10 years in the defense contracting industry. She was a military spouse for 23 years and understands the challenges and stresses involving military life. For ten years, Marcee has been leading workshops in marriage education. She and her husband coach and mentor couples who want to have more fulfilling relationships and improve their relationship skills. Marcee lives in the Washington DC area. She enjoys the outdoors, the wonders of nature and especially delights in spending time with her grown children and grandchildren.
